After 40 years in the business, Smoothie King’s reputation for blending the ultimate nutritional smoothies had become less… ripe. So we used social media, user generated content, and integrated with digital and in-store marketing to refresh one of the Southeast’s most iconic brands. The result was a 20% increase in same-store sales, over 5,000 customer testimonials, 150,000 new Facebook fans and a well-earned spot on Facebook’s best practices hall of fame.
